Administration and Registration

NEW! Online registration – Kindergarten Registration Week is the third week of January, although you can register your child anytime following that.

Online registration allows parents to register their child for Kindergarten and other grades using any device connected to the Internet, any day of the week, and any time of day.

First, create an account using your email address and a password. You will be sent an account creation confirmation email. Use the link in the email to activate your account. After your account is activated, you can then login to the registration system. Second, complete the fillable fields, providing all of the information requested. Once complete, the form is sent to the school for review. The school secretary receives the registration form and checks for completeness and accuracy. You may also complete the online portion at your nearest school if preferred. Following the registration, there is a brief Early Years Experiences survey that is voluntary. We encourage you to complete this survey, providing data to help strengthen Early Years programming in your region! Thank you.

As a final step, once the online form is complete, parents/guardians will need to visit the school to provide the following information:

    • Proof of your child’s age, using one of birth certificate, passport, or immigration papers

    • Your child’s (or the parent’s) Catholic Baptismal Certificate

    • Your child’s immunization record

    • Proof of Residency (utility bill, property tax bill, phone bill)

    • Your babysitter or childcare’s name and address, if your child will spend part of the day at childcare

    • Documentation about your child’s needs, if applicable, such as special education reports

    • Details about your child’s medical conditions and/or medication requirements, such as allergic reactions or physical disabilities

    • Custody documents (if applicable)
